By accessing or using Insuralix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Insuralix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Insuralix provides AI-powered analytics, monitoring, and intelligence tools for insurance agencies. Our platform analyzes policy documents, generates risk assessments, and delivers actionable insights. The service is provided "as is" and is intended as a decision-support tool, not as a replacement for professional judgment.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload. Insuralix retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and generated insights. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use insights generated from your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Insuralix is not liable for decisions made based on our AI-generated insights. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
