We use your information to provide and improve our services, analyze policy documents, generate insights and alerts, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. Policy documents are processed in isolated environments and are not used to train our AI models.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and uploaded documents are permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@insuralix.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
